This was a three day meeting of some 40 Colombian and international diplomats, policy-makers, scholars, activists and members of NGO and civil society organisations. In this event, they analysed the most innovative aspects of the peace agreement between the Government of Colombia and the FARC-EP, and the most challenging aspects of implementation.
The meeting was held on the basis of non-attributable discussion in a neutral environment designed to encourage open and constructive exchange.
