The goal of this small group dialogue, with G7 government representatives and industry and non-government stakeholders, is to identify opportunities to improve international coordination, alignment, and reciprocity of cybersecurity regulations, including with respect to AI’s impact on cybersecurity.
This dialogue is timely given the growing focus on regulatory diplomacy worldwide, when governments are grappling with new technologies and increasing national and cybersecurity concerns and companies navigating a deglobalizing, more complex multipolar operating environment.
