Tuesday 2 February from 11:00 GMT – Live streaming on the COP26 YouTube channel
As part of the UK’s Presidency of COP26, the UK government is launching this new dialogue between consumers and producers that aims to protect forests while promoting trade and development.
The Launch Event seeks to explore how to address the key needs and priorities in the forest, agriculture, and commodity area such as agricultural jobs, growth, and trade, while taking actions to protect forests and the climate. The Launch Event will feature high profile speakers and consist of a mix of speeches, panel discussions, and informational videos and will feature voices from governments and non-state actors including civil society, business, and indigenous groups.
Wilton Park is delighted to be supporting the UK Government with these dialogues. We hope you can join us for the launch which will be live streamed on the COP26 YouTube channel
