In this video playlist participants discuss how the global language of the internet can create a strong cyber workforce as it results in a need for collaborative approaches to cyber security threats. These collaborative approaches can also create a cyber workforce which can work across borders, defending populations from cyber risks. Participants also discuss how the cyber field need to make sure doors are open for women and girls, to attract a broad range of workers for the wide range of career opportunities available.
