This invitation only dialogue assessed the potential for a substantive outcome at the Eighth BTWC Review Conference, one that reaffirms the Convention and sets out a new intersessional programme. Particular focus was given to:
- the Article-by-Article review
- how the Review can address S&T issues
- Articles VII and X
- how to address national implementation, CBMs and compliance
- mapping the future post Review Conference landscape
