The dialogue began with presentations from Chinese experts setting out policy priorities that have emerged from the 18th Party Congress.
It addressed priority issues with particular focus on the Chinese concepts of ‘harmonious society’ and ‘scientific development’ and related policies aimed at developing smart policies for sustainable, inclusive growth and encouraging investment and entrepreneurship.
